This spicy mix of Turmeric, which is highly regarded for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, mixed with Cardamom, Cinnamon, cloves, Black Pepper, Star Anise Ginger and Nutmeg makes this tea a healthy brew. Combined with the many benefits of chai, this lively, intense and indulgent tea blend has all the characteristics expected of traditional chai with a subtle, earthy flavour and aroma.
Turmeric can also reduce joint pain, aid digestion, help maintain healthy blood sugar levels and support healthy liver tissue and metabolism.
Brewing Guide
2 tsp per medium pot infused for 1- 3 mins at 100 C(Guide only, please adjust to suit personal taste).
