Silver needle Tea, or white tea is one of the most premium Chinese white teas, hand picked from only the highest quality buds of the Camellia sinensis plant only between mid-March and early April. Its velvety, silver-white downy buds create a delicate champagne-coloured infusion with a rare and refined flavour profile of sweet and subtly savoury notes.
Silver Needle is less processed making the health benefits greater
than those of other types of teas …even green tea.
A good relaxant at the end of a stressful day, it may also aid in weight
loss because it increases the metabolism and encourages the body to
burn more fat.
2 or 3 tsp per medium pot infused for 3 to 5 mins at 80 C(Guide only, please adjust to suit personal taste).
