Brewing Guide

2 to 3 tsp per medium pot infused for 3 mins at 100c. Add a splash of steamed or cold milk. (Guide only, please adjust to suit personal taste).

Barista Style Latte: Combine 1 cup of milk, with 1 tsp loose leaves tea, in a chai pot, over low heat. Simmer until the Honey melts. To serve, strain through a tea strainer into a mug, and top with whipped cream or sprinkle with cinnamon.
