Brewing Guide
Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder into your matcha bowl. Add 100mls of 80° hot water. Whisk vigorously with a bamboo matcha whisk, top up with desired amount of hot water.
Matcha Latte: Whisk 2 tsp of matcha with 100ml water (80°C) until frothy. Stir in 2 tbsp maple syrup. Steam 200ml milk (plus 2 tbsp cream, optional) until hot. Pour the matcha into a serving glass and top with steamed milk.
