Brewing Guide
Matcha tea: Scoop 1 tsp of matcha powder into tea bowl, add 100ml water (80°C), whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until tea is nice and frothy, top up with desired amount of hot water.
Matcha Latte: Whisk 2 tsp of matcha with 100ml water (80°C) until frothy. Stir in 2 tbsp maple syrup. Steam 200ml milk (plus 2 tbsp cream, optional) until hot. Pour the matcha into a serving glass and top with steamed milk.
