There’s nothing as comforting as a cup of tea – it can help soothe tummies, settle tired eyes into sleep and start the day on their right foot.   One cup before bed or just a midday stress relief.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Vervain, hops, lime blossom,
St Johns wort, oat straw, skullcap, Orange peel, rose petal,
Lavender.
2 to 3 tsp per medium pot infused for 3mins at 100C
