A naturally caffeine-free tea made from fresh-cut peppermint leaves, this tea provides refreshing breath and soothing digestion while also having antibacterial properties. Can help with headaches, sinus problems & stomach.
Serve warm or iced, with a touch of honey or sweetener (optional).
2 tsp per medium pot infused for 5 mins at 100 C.
