Rosehip is the red cherry-sized fruit of the rose plant.Its
high in vitamin C content which made the common garden
fruit an alternative to scarce citrus fruits during world war II.
Rosehip tea may offer benefits for treatment of inflammatory
diseases. Rosehip tea also provides comparatively high levels
of phenolic and flavonoid antioxidants.
2 to 3 tsp per medium pot infused for 5 mins at 100 C
